In this webinar, Lori Ropa, Executive Director of The Arc of Jefferson, Clear Creek, and Gilpin Counties, will discuss how she took her advocacy team on a journey to "shift their view" by attempting to understand the thoughts and feelings of the people coming to them for support. Her team developed personas and mapped their journeys through The Arc. They then developed actionable items to make the advocacy experience even more positive.
