People with disabilities face unique mental health challenges, yet their needs often go unmet due to stigma and a lack of trained professionals. Mental Health First Aid training will help you better support those around you who are struggling with their mental health. Take a free virtual or in-person course to learn about the signs and symptoms of someone who is experiencing a mental health situation, as well as techniques they can use to provide firsthand support.
